At PI Packaging, we take great care to ensure your products arrive in perfect condition. Because our items are packaging materials, we do not offer returns or refunds on orders unless the product is received broken, damaged, or defective.

What We Cover

  • Damaged or Defective Items
    If your order arrives with visible damage or does not function as intended due to manufacturer defects, we will issue a refund or replacement for the affected item(s).

What We Don’t Cover

  • Change of Mind
    Orders cannot be returned for reasons such as “no longer needed,” “wrong choice,” or “ordered by mistake.”

  • Incorrect Order Errors by Customer
    Please double-check your selections before purchase. We cannot refund because of ordering the wrong size, quantity, or material.


How to Request a Refund

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

    Subject: Damaged/Defective Order – Refund Request

  2. Include your order number, photos of the damaged item, and a brief description of the issue.

  3. Our team will review and respond within 2 business days with the next steps.


Approved Refunds

Once your claim is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Processing can take 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
